Day 1 - Eastern Vacation

 After loading up, saying goodbye to Mom and Dad Lunshof, dropping in at Laura's, stopping at the post office to mail away memorial donations from a funeral at our church on Tuesday, going to Rockford to fill up on gas and propane, stopping at Sydenham Auction to pay up on a error that was made at the last sale, we were off!  Just down the road, Pete realized that a brake caliper had ceased and we had to turn around.  By the time we were home it was 4:30 and the front brake was smoking hot!  Luckily the parts were available and Pete had them fixed by 6:30.  We decided to just sleep at home, though, and start the trip today.
