Day 6 - August 4, 2015

We packed up our site this morning and the did the Terry Fox Memorial Trail around Sugarloaf Mountain.  It is 4.8 km and we hiked straight up the mountain to the lookout over Campbellton and Chaleur Bay.  It was .9 km one way and incredibly steep.  It was quite a work out. When we got to the top it was quite foggy, but it cleared a little and we could see the sights.  We can certainly feel our unused muscles now.  We then started driving on Hwy 11 which followed the coast towards Dalhousie.  We stopped for lunch near Dalhousie on a spit of land between the ocean and a bay,  We walked down the beach a bit there too.  We stopped for the night in Caraquet, NB in a municipal park.  It is right on the ocean.
